  3.Excellent feature of IQM high-tech. Active Rubber Powder  
  a.) Adopting high-tech frozen, fermenting, de-sulfuring, foaming, and activating technology, hence it maintains the characteristic of original materials without damaging.
  b.) Normal grinded rubber powder & reclaimed rubber are produced with high temperature, hence the characteristic of original materials has been damaged.
  c.) With the characteristic of excellent polymerization in production, it can save 1/3 production time.
  d.) Rubber products made from the active rubber powder have excellent hardness, elasticity, and tensile strength.
  e.) It can save 20~40% of high cost of carbon black on the production of rubber products.
     
  4.The difference between IQM Micronized Active Rubber Powder and ordinary rubber powder  
It's big difference between IQM High-Tech. Micronized Active Rubber Powder and ordinary rubber powder. This Micronized Active Rubber Powder is made by high-tech. mechanical decomposition followed by activation; it can strengthen binding forces to the raw rubber materials and which cause the final products wouldn't appear rubber particle on the cross section, because of :  
1. This Active Powder has large surface area compared to ordinary rubber crumbs; therefore, the area in contact with virgin rubber is greater, it will enhance the properties.  
2. This Active Powder has surface irregularities compared to regular powders; surface irregularities enhance the entanglements with virgin rubber.
   
5.Application of IQM Active Rubber Powder
ˇ@5.1 ApplicationsˇG
  5.1-1 Tire Cord (Nylon Fabric) Calendering (Rubberizing) ˇG
  ˇ@a.) Adjust current formulations slightly and blend 30-40% IQM M50 Active Rubber Powder (hereinafter
ˇ@ˇ@ referred as ARP) to achieve the expected properties.
  ˇ@b.) In according with above method, the users are able to cut down nearly 10% carbon black from their
ˇ@ˇ@ current formulations and the users only need to adopt 10-20% normal reclaimed rubber while using IQM
ˇ@ˇ@ Active Rubber Powder at the same time. This is an advantage for IQM ARP users to bring down the cost
ˇ@ˇ@ further.
  ˇ@c.) ARP is very dry; therefore, it creates avenues to load more reclaimed rubber and oil as well, then, the
ˇ@ˇ@ cost will be drastically down.
  ˇ@d.) To improve properties, users might add coupling agent (Si-69, Silane, TESPT or sometimes known as
ˇ@ˇ@ extra sulfur) together with little Silica. The process ability of such compounds are greater than original. It
ˇ@ˇ@ always show very low processing temperature, the compound penetrates very easily through Nylon
ˇ@ˇ@ Fabric as the flow properties are extremely good, it covers nylon tire cord fully & it gives rise to very
ˇ@ˇ@ good bonding between Nylon & Rubber.
  ˇ@e.) Additionally, ARP assists to escape trapped air inside which enable very good intact between rubber &
ˇ@ˇ@ nylon. There will not be any air bubbles between nylon plies in the casing of tire; thus, tire cord
ˇ@ˇ@ rubberizing is the No. 1 application of ARP.
  ˇ@f.) Sometimes, there will be little drop in Tensile properties, but no need to be scared about that. Users just
ˇ@ˇ@ need to check the adhesion & tire performance, then, users will realize the beauty of IQM ARP.
  5.1-2 Solid Tire Heel compoundˇG
  Users may add 30-50% in solid tire heel compounds. Users use Nylon Friction Cords (coming as waste from pneumatic tire industry) in solid tire Heel compound. Along with Nylon Friction Cords, IQM ARP can be used; also, they can load Reclaimed Rubber together. Finally, users will see IQM ARP helps to use more & more Reclaimed Rubber in any compound. Sometimes, uses may add tacky agents & bonding agents to improve properties further.
  5.1-3 Solid Tire Tread compoundˇG
  Users may add 30-50% IQM ARP in solid tire Tread compounds, there also Rubber Compounder may have to use Silane coupling agents together with little Silica.
  5.1-4 Sheets, Mats, Carpets & FlapsˇG
  In those products, users can even go for the 100% loading with virgin rubber.
  5.1-5 Part ReplacementˇG
  ˇ@a.) IQM ARP can be used asˇ§part replacementˇ¨of both Polymer & Carbon Black. In other words, users
ˇ@ˇ@ can bring down portion of fresh polymer & carbon black. The loading will be depended on the desired
ˇ@ˇ@ properties of the final products. If users see a trend of loosing properties, they may use coupling Agent
ˇ@ˇ@ (Silane) along with little Silica (5-10 parts in order to improve the properties further. The material
ˇ@ˇ@ improved tear strength of the final products
  ˇ@b.) This material can be blended with Reclaimed Rubber. Reclaimed Rubber contains lot of oil; therefore,
ˇ@ˇ@ Reclaimed Rubber is very weaker rubber. IQM ARP is active & dry, if users blend IQM ARP with
ˇ@ˇ@ Reclaimed Rubber, then, the users not only may improve the properties of Reclaimed Rubber at the least
ˇ@ˇ@ cost, but also the blend would be excellent for making products like mats, sheets, solid tires and so on.
ˇ@5.2 Original ResourceˇG
  IQM ARP is made from truck tire particularly, which means it consists of Natural Rubber & Synthetic Rubber (SBR & BR only). Therefore, IQM ARP can be used along with Natural Rubber (NR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) and Poly Butadiene Rubber (BR). However, it can not be used in other polymers like ABS.
 
6.New Formulation of IQM high-tech. Active Rubber Powder polymerize/blend with either
